• Introduction: Prevalence of neck and back pain in dentists
• Alignment/Core muscles- coughing example, lifting arm up example, balloon
• Sitting postures
• Standing postures: just standing, while bent over
• Pacing/Pause breaks
• Anchor for movement in sitting and standing
• Pause exercises in pause breaks- Giving your body the opposite of what it gets!
• Breathing exercise
