SADA EVENT REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY PROCEDURE
Please note when enquiring about a SADA PHYSICAL EVENT:
• Please quote your professional number and the Event you are enquiring about in all correspondence with Tshepo Moletsane at events@sada.co.za.
SADA Branch PHYSICAL EVENT Cancellation Policy
1. Please note the programme is subject to change without notification.
2. Any cancellation of registration by the participant must be received in writing 3 (three) business days before the event. SADA shall consider special circumstances in respect of a request for a refund and shall have the right to request any supporting documents. It is agreed that the decision of SADA shall be final.
3. All refund requests must be made by the registrant or credit card holder in writing to events@sada.co.za
4. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
5. No refunds shall be made for all cancellations received after the stated deadline date.
6. For catering and logistical purposes, it will be appreciated if registration is completed 48 hours before the event.
