Dr Kenny Chokwe qualified with B.Dental Therapy (BDT) and B.Dental Science (BDS) from Medunsa in 1991 and 1996 respectively. She graduated an MBA from the University of Cumbria, UK, in 2013, and later obtained a Certificate in Medical Aesthetics from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine in 2021.
With extensive experience in both public and private healthcare sectors across South Africa, the Netherlands, and Australia, she has also contributed to academia by lecturing on Dental Practice Management at Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University and the University of Pretoria.
Currently, she is the CEO of the Academy of Dental Marketing, where she empowers dental professionals in private practice with advanced management and marketing strategies. Additionally, she is the owner of Dental Day Spa, a dental and medical aesthetics practice.

Rutendo Kudenga is originally from Zimbabwe and qualified as a dentist in 2015 at the University of Pretoria. She then went to do her community service in Springbok, a small town close to the Namibian border. After that, she worked in private practice for 6 years. In 2021, she joined the Department of Odontology at the University of Pretoria as a full-time lecturer. Dr Kudenga has a postgraduate diploma in endodontics from the University of Pretoria and a Master’s in Global Public Health from the Queen Mary University of London. Dr Kudenga is passionate about implementing change in the public health system to ensure health equity. Her interests include both prevention and health policy.
