SADA Branch Event Registration and Cancellation Policy
Enquiries About In-Person SADA Branch Events
• When enquiring about an event, please include your professional number and event details in all correspondence to Ruth Boice at events@sada.co.za.
Cancellation Policy
1. Event details may change without prior notice.
2. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing at least three (3) business days before the event. Special circumstances may be considered for refunds, and supporting documents may be requested. SADA's decision on refunds will be final.
3. Refund requests must be submitted by the registered participant or credit card holder via email to events@sada.co.za.
4. Cancellations received after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
5. If you do not attend the event and have not canceled within the required timeframe, you will be invoiced for the delegate fee, as per venue policy.
6. To assist with catering and logistics, we kindly request that you register at least 3 business days before the event.
