· Introduction: Prevalence of neck and back pain in dentists

· Alignment/Core muscles- coughing example, lifting arm up example, balloon

· Sitting postures

· Standing postures: just standing, while bent over

· Pacing/Pause breaks

· Anchor for movement in sitting and standing

· Pause exercises in pause breaks- Giving your body the opposite of what it gets!

· Breathing exercises
