After completing his internship in 2013, Kreyan spent time in the UK doing the UK Medical Licensing Board Exam (PLAB part 1 & 2).
Upon returning to South Africa in late 2013 he joined the Enhancing Care Foundation (ECF) team. During his time at ECF Kreyan identified the urgent need for Medical Emergency Training in life threating situations and how these vitals skills were lacking with healthcare professionals and non-healthcare professionals alike in South Africa. METS was founded by Kréyan in 2017 and has since collaborated with many Medical associations and has developed a stellar reputation in Medical Emergency Training.
