Graham has developed and manufactured heart valves, artificial hearts, a variety of dental implant products, tempro-mandibular joint prostheses and orthopedic arthroplasties.

In 1987 he established Southern Implants (Pty) Ltd. After 25 years, this South African manufacturer of Dental Implants has become a significant force in the international market by way of credible clinical data supporting an extensive and innovative product range. He has given presentations at the Academy of Osseointegration and the World Congress of Oral Implantology. He has co-authored a number of International Dental Implant Publications.

Dr Avish Jagathpal is a prosthodontist, in private practice in Pretoria, and is a teacher in both undergraduate and postgraduate prosthodontic programs at the University of Pretoria. He graduated as a general dentist from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2005, having taken multiple awards in recognition of his academic achievements. He was in general practice in Durban until 2013, and completed a diploma in Orthodontics during this time. He became a registrar in Prosthodontics in 2014 and went on to graduate as a Prosthodontist cum laude from the University of Pretoria in 2017. He has lectured on many national and international stages and is the director of the Pretoria ITI Study Club, is a reviewer for the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, is the President of the Prosthodontics Academy of South Africa and is the Education Officer for the ITI Southern Africa Section.
