I completed my schooling career in 2009 at SAHETI School in Bedfordview, where I achieved six distinctions for the IEB matric examinations and an average of 82%. I then went on to qualify as a dentist, from the University of the Witwatersrand with six distinctions and was also the recipient of the SADA (South African Dental Association) leadership medal in 2014.
At school and university I won a number of awards, the most prestigious being the Colgate undergraduate award at the IADR South African meeting. This was awarded for the best oral and poster presentation of research by an undergraduate. Following this I went on to present my research internationally representing South Africa as well as the University of the Witwatersrand.
I have held a number of leadership positions, such as Senior Head Prefect, BDS class representative and Dental Student Council Chair. My hobbies include piano, reading, and fitness. I enjoy interacting with people and am able to form good, lasting relationships.
I am meticulous, self-motivated and have very good morals and work ethic. I am willing to learn and grow as technology in the dental industry improves and I believe I will make an excellent addition to any team and practice.

I received my dental degree (cum laude) in 2008 at the University of Pretoria. I completed my community service year in Parys, Free State before working in private practice. At the same time, I was part-time employed at the University of Pretoria as a session doctor. In 2011, I obtained my Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Dentistry (cum laude) at the University of Pretoria. In 2015, I completed my master’s degree in Oral Medicine and Periodontics (cum laude) at the University of Pretoria. In 2020 I completed a 2-year SAFRI(FAIMER) fellowship and obtained my postgraduate diploma (cum laude in Health Professions Education and Leadership in 2024.

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic clinician and academic specialising in Prosthodontics and Maxillofacial Prosthetics. I am currently an associate lecturer and registrar at the University of Witwatersrand, a member of the Golden Key Society, International Team for Implantology (ITI), MENSA, the Academy of Prosthodontics South Africa (APSA), the International College of Prosthodontists (ICP), and have published a scientific research paper in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry (JPD). Furthermore, I graduated with my undergraduate degree cum laude and was the top achiever in my class, receiving Academic Honorary Colours and the Post Graduate Masters Research Bursary for Academic Excellence from the University of Pretoria.
